Conference

The NGV 2010 Rome conferences will be presented in plenary meetings and two concurrent sessions, with prestigious experts in the field participating. Simultaneous translations into Italian and English will be available for all meetings and sessions.

Poster sessions will also be conducted, with authors presenting their initiatives on a fixed panel and available for discussions with interested visitors.

Papers will be available for sale after the event via the IANGV website.

Partners will enjoy an unforgettable program of city excursions, while pre and post event tourism opportunities will be available to everyone.

Awards & Benefits

Fifty papers will be selected for conference and poster presentations. As well as the regular IANGV Best Paper Award (presented by the NZNGVA), the papers judged in advance as being best three will be awarded U$D 3,000, U$D 2,000 and U$D 1,000 and the winning authors’ conference registrations will be complimentary. The awarded papers will be selected two months before the event and announced in the official program.

The Conference fee will be € 700 for IANGV members and € 900 for non-members.

Speakers whose papers are selected, as well as community and educational organizations, will pay 50% of the conference fee.

Exhibitors with booths larger than 60 m² will get a complimentary conference delegate registration.

Sponsors, according to their category, will receive a certain number of complimentary delegates.

Conference delegate inclusions

Registration as a Conference delegate grants entrance rights to all activities of the Conference and Exhibition inside or outside the Fair venue (excluding the technical tour or additional workshops if scheduled).

Conference delegates will receive the official event bag, two concurrent breakout sessions rooms, Italian-English translations, lunches and coffee breaks, hotel-New Rome Fair-hotel transfers, Gala Night at the Castel Sant’Angelo, opening ceremony and cocktail, onsite medical assistance if required and many other services.
