Conference Opening Session
The IANGV Biennial 12th Conference & Exhibition will start on Tuesday, June 8. The doors of the Nuova Fiera di Roma will open to welcome the most distinguished officials and leading actors of the NGV segment through a variety of Conference sessions. By taking part in the Partners’ Program you will be entitled to participate in the Conference Opening Ceremony, where not only will prestigious industry’ specialists deliver welcome speeches but there will also be a high-level artistic show. The ceremony will begin at 9 am in the plenary session room located in pavilion 10 of the Nuova Fiera di Roma.
Exhibition Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception
At 12, the traditional ribbon cutting ceremony will take place in the exhibition hall attended by high-ranking executives and by the international press. Then an exquisite welcome cocktail will be served and the exhibition of the year, NGV 2010 Roma, will be officially opened.

Conference Closing Ceremony
Finally, they will participate in the Conference Closing Ceremony. The ceremony will be held in the plenary session room of pavilion 10, on Thursday June 10, at 13:30. Some of the highlights of the ceremony will be: a summary of the Conference by the organization’s authorities, upcoming industry events, and awards presentation to the sector’s main actors. They may also attend the Italian sessions with free admission.

NGV 2010 ROMA, offers the Atac Roma transfer service free of charge on NGV buses as per the following schedule:
